Returns & Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 30 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and final-sale items cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, you can do so within 30 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty, damaged, or we made an error with your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t right, email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll sort it quickly at no cost to you.

We’ll email you the return address and any postage labels if applicable.
3. Send Your Item Back
Package the item securely and ship it using the instructions provided.
4. Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
